A Class Structure Designed for Success
Gym shorts, or yoga pants, without buttons, zippers, or pockets and a T shirt, Socks and sneakers (Bare Feet for Yoga), Hair must be pulled back.
Students must be present within the first 5 minutes of class to participate.
Students are asked to listed to their Coach and respect others at all times.
